Uh...uh...

People talk about how good a speaker Obama is. I disagree. Watch a couple of the Reagan videos. Do you hear any of the characteristic Obama uh...uh...uh...uh's..? No! Reagan was an intelligent man that knew what he wanted to say. Obama is trying to figure out what he thinks the American people want to hear. That's not what we need. We need a leader. I really hope that we get Palin to run in 2012. I would love to be able to vote for a Reagan Conservative again.

You claim that you want the United States to be a shining beacon of freedom and then you worship Reagan in a series of video posts, without even seeing the contradiction.

Reagan no more promoted freedom than Obama or any of the Democrats you despise.

Let's not forget that Reagan supercharged the War on Drugs, which has been responsible for more losses of civil liberties in our country than any other action, yes, even more than the Patriot Act.

The United States incarcerate more people than any other Western nation, and a large percentage of those prisoners are non-violent drug offenders. Land of the free, huh?

Come off the high horse and realize that Republicans and Democrats are all about control - Repubs want to control your social life, Dems want to control your money. Both are evil.

At no point in time has the Republican party attempted to uphold the US as a "shining beacon of freedom to the world."

First of all sir...I believe I said I disagree with the war on drugs, when I said I actually agree with Barney Frank. Look it up! Please read all of my posts before you jump my ass! If you have read them all and still want to...that's a different story. The war on drugs is one of my major problems with Reagan. Although, I ask you to name me a perfect President? I can't think of one. If the war on drugs is all I can blame Reagan for...then I feel lucky. There is a shitload that I can blame on Clinton and Bush. Reagan was fucking awesome!!! Prove me wrong!!!

I also think you have no idea what Reagan was about. Maybe you are too young to remember him...maybe you are too old to appreciate him. I really don't care. I personally think that if you don't like Reagan then you are probably an Obama supporter. Reagan was one of the greatest Presidents we've ever had! There is nothing you can say to me that will make change my mind.

If Palin does run in 2012, then i say the republican pary is gone the same way the federalist party went. There's no way Americans would vote for her being president. Remember the polls before the election: as soon as McCain made her his vp choice, all the polls went in favor of Obama. Very few people want a person who thinks dinosaurs were alive 6000 years ago and says they are good at homeland securety because of the placement of their home state. My dog has better chances of being president.

Free thinker, nontheless, your nickname ("free" thinker) implies that you must try to see other people's point of view. It all depends on how you view Reagan. The way I see him, is that he was not at all a great president. But I can see your point of view as well. Also, you should not be prejudiced against someone just because they support Obama. Peace of Earth, Merry Christmas everybody!

Hey, IAnswerQuestions, why can't someone be prejudiced against someone else for their beliefs? What other good reason is there to be prejudiced?

Ianswer, my screen name implies exeactly what it says. I have been to Socialist countries. They sucked! That's why i'm so against Obama. As for your assertion that the Republican party will die if Palin runs in 2012...I strongly disagree. She is a common sense politician. That's what we need at this time...common sense. THat's what Reagan was. It doesn't take a genious to run the country. In fact, the President with the highest I.Q. was Carter. Arguably the worst President ever. So I don't think scholastic ability alone can solve our problems. Sometimes it takes someone with common sense!
