We have become such a stupid people that most can not read the Constitution nor can they understand it. Which is exactly what the liberals (socialists) wanted and we allowed them to do it to us. So ultimately we are at fault and only we can fix it by crushing the liberals/socialists.
i would have to say the problem with our representative govt now is that it was designed with the idea that most of the citizens would participate. A lot participate in presidential elections but its the congress that more directly affects us.
